Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on most pin codes across India, subject to courier serviceability. You'll see at checkout whether COD is available for your address.

Should I pay online or choose COD?

Paying online (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) is faster to process and, where available, may come with a small prepaid discount. COD remains available for those who prefer it, though very high-value COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

What happens if I refuse a COD parcel at the door?

We understand plans change, but refusing delivery (RTO) has a real cost on our side — shipping both ways plus handling. Frequent refusals may lead to COD being restricted on future orders for that account. If you're unsure about an order, prepaid checkout avoids this entirely.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–9 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for details.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items can be reported within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

How do I get a refund on a COD order?

Since COD orders aren't paid online, approved refunds are sent via bank transfer or UPI — we'll collect those details from you once your return is approved.
