Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–9 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on most pin codes across India, subject to courier serviceability — you'll see at checkout whether it's available for your address. Paying online is processed faster and may come with a small prepaid discount where available. Refusing a COD delivery has a real cost to us (shipping both ways plus handling), so frequent refusals may lead to COD being restricted on future orders for that account.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items can be reported within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund. Refunds on COD orders are sent via bank transfer or UPI once approved.
